Multiple insults, attempted coercion, driving without a license and aiding and abetting prohibited communication from legal proceedings: the Berlin-Tiergarten district court found the rapper Fler guilty on all these points.
Contrary to what the public prosecutor called for, Fler should not go to jail for the offense.
The court sentenced the 38-year-old, whose real name is Patrick Losensky, to a fine of 10,000 euros.
It also imposed a ten-month sentence, which is suspended.
The public prosecutor's office had previously demanded a year and ten months' imprisonment without parole because Fler did not have a positive prognosis.
The rapper was not ready to adhere to the rules, the prosecutor said.
Fler's defense attorney, on the other hand, pleaded for a sentence of seven months' probation.
Since the rapper left the court in a rage at a trial in late January, the trial against him has continued in his absence.
Fler couldn't get his lawyer back either.
Several charges were initially combined in the trial.
Some have since been severed.
So recently it was no longer about the alleged insult to the rapper Bushido.
Fler is said to have referred to this as a "bastard" and "disgusting dog" on the Internet.
