The Real Estate Bank announced today the start of networking procedures with the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments to provide electronic payment services to the bank's clients.
Al-Aqari indicated in a statement, which SANA received a copy of, that in coordination with the National Commission for Network Services, digital certificates were issued. It is expected that the services of the Syrian Company for Payments will be launched in an experimental manner through the bank within a month.
It is noteworthy that the Syrian Company for Electronic Payments announced last April the launch of electronic payment services for fixed phone and electricity bills in Damascus and its countryside, and all fees for the transport directorates' services in the governorates, by linking the issuers of bills and fee-collectors on one side and the operating banks on the other hand.
