The children's baby show also spans a few weeks and prevents the Reds from training on the field regularly.
In addition, a New Year's party hall will be held in the hall, as well as other cultural events and several performances.
For most of December, the field will be available to the team, except for a few days during it.
Also in January some of the time the team will be able to practice, but occasionally will have to leave the hall due to various events that will take place in it, and in February about two full weeks the hall will not be available to the team, partly due to the Judo Grand Prix.
Each season, Hapoel Tel Aviv pays the Tel Aviv Municipality, through members of the sports halls that operate the courts in the city, half a million shekels for the use of the facility.
Despite this, in the next few months the hall will be available to the team mainly in the 24 hours before the home games, so that it can hold the concluding training the evening before the game, the morning shooting practice and the game itself.
According to Hapoel Tel Aviv, the fact that the players and the professional team have to move between different training facilities is not ideal for a sports team. Very complex in terms of the team that manages the team on a day-to-day basis.
In addition, players like Lotan Amsalem, Gil Benny and others want to come every morning to throw in the basket and train with personal abilities coach Yves Modi, and they do not have a proper pitch to do so.

Hapoel claims that the municipality is responsible for the situation and not just the sports hall company, as it is the one that gave the directive to host as many events in the hall in order to achieve financial gains, regardless of the needs and schedule of the team.

The guiding principle in determining the activity in the hall, as also expressed in the agreement with the team, is to give first priority to the team games on which the entire activity log is scheduled.
Regarding the training of the team, a mechanism was agreed upon according to which the company may cancel training when there is another need in the hall (only the cancellation of over 25 training sessions per season will entitle the team to a fee).
Accordingly, the hall has operated over the years and now with the return of performances and events to the hall after the Corona crisis, the arrangement regarding the cancellation of training has also returned.
"It should be noted that following the municipality's decision to concentrate two professional training halls (Midtown and Hadar Yosef) under the management of the company, the company improved the terms of the arrangement on its own initiative and in most cancellations it puts one of them in favor of group training."
