It is required on buses, but not to enter the school: therefore children may have difficulty in reaching the institutes. Rome and Milan organize themselves: random checks, at stops and on-board raids (ANSA)

Some critical issues emerge with the obligation of the Green pass for transport,

which is necessary to get on buses and trains but it is not to enter school

: for this reason many students who do not have the green certificate risk having difficulty in reaching the institutes . It is also necessary to clarify, in the event that the Tpl companies are involved, which are the figures who will have the concrete power to raise the sanctions. These are some of the issues highlighted in the context of the Conference of the Regions, which took place today.

The checks on public transport, after the entry into force of the 'super green pass'

on 6 December, will be random.

This was confirmed by the

mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala

, on the sidelines of the inauguration of the Christmas markets in Piazza Duomo in Milan, after having spoken yesterday with the Prefect, Renato Saccone. "We talked about it with the Prefect also yesterday and there will be random checks because more can not be done. There will be a mixed activity of ATM personnel, public force and police" he added.

Rome also organizes itself with the local police.

 The

checks, as far as we know, will be carried out primarily on the ground

, at bus stops or at the terminus, but

blitz on board

are not excluded

.

The command intends to use as a matter of priority the personnel working outside for all checks in the context of combating the pandemic, from the checks of the reinforced green certificate in the premises, to those anti-gathering in the places of nightlife, up to the novelty of transport.

On this front, the controls, as stated in an internal operating directive, will be activated from Monday to Friday at the terminus and at bus stops using an app on the smartphones supplied.
