The Office of the Teachers Syndicate at Damascus University announced the start of registration for the qualifying training courses for the admission competition in the Faculty of Architecture for the 2021-2022 academic year from those who succeeded in the high school “scientific branch” in the college building from nine in the morning until twelve in the afternoon.
The Syndicate’s office stated, in an announcement that SANA received a copy of today, that the courses it holds in cooperation with the College of Architecture start from the eighth of this month in the college’s drawing halls, and the duration of each of them is five days, indicating that the registration fee for one course is 15,000 Syrian pounds, with children exempted. The Syndicate’s office clarified that the documents required for registration are a copy of the personal identity and the subscription card for the General Secondary Certificate exams, indicating that the courses continue every week until the announcement of the date of the admission examination, which will be determined by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research within the announcement of general differentiation.
The courses are conducted according to an integrated academic scientific curriculum and are supervised by a group of specialized professors from various departments of the college “architectural design, planning, environment, building sciences, implementation, history and architecture theories.”
