According to a TikTok video, scratches can be removed with coconut oil and white wine vinegar.
But there are doubts as to whether the tip works.
The Internet is full of useful tips that aim to make our lives easier.
A life hack was recently found on social media that uses a mask to turn the sun visor into a mobile phone holder.
And even scratches in the paint of the beloved car should be easy to remove.
As a rule, drivers use touch-up sticks or use Smart Repair to make scratches disappear.
Sometimes the polishing machine also helps to make the unsightly spots disappear, but you shouldn't use it for the headlights.
If it's a video posted by the TikTok user "deedsters", that's not even necessary.

Remove car scratches with TikTok tip: "Lasts from 12 to noon"
A mixture of coconut oil and white wine vinegar is said to make scratches disappear as if by magic.
And indeed, in the short TikTok clip, the damage to the paintwork is no longer visible as soon as the mixture has been applied to the areas with a cloth.
"When I saw this, I tried it too, and I was shocked that it worked," writes the TikTok user "deedsters" in the comments.
Even after the mixture had dried, the scratches were no longer visible.

However, many users argue that these are not scratches in the paintwork, but simply paint from another car or object that is washed off.
Accordingly, the success of this cosmetic repair is in doubt.
"Holds from 12 to noon," writes one user.
Another user is sure that the scratches will be visible again after the next wash.

"Anyone worried about the quality of the paint after the vinegar?" Asks a user.
In fact, according to some users, the vinegar could cause rust problems and a new paint job is due.
Some still want to try the supposed life hack.
