Thriving on the shortage of doctors, the medical interim has become the bête noire of the government, which is struggling to regulate the astronomical prices that some hospitals agree to pay so as not to close their emergency rooms, their operating theaters or their maternity ward.
The maximum gross salary for a 24-hour working day has thus been set at 1,170.04 euros since 2020.
