Its date of birth is already known: on January 1, 2023, Est Ensemble Habitat will become the second largest HLM office in the department, behind Seine-Saint-Denis Habitat.
This merger of the offices of Bagnolet, Bobigny, Bondy and Montreuil, made necessary by the Elan law of 2018, will lead to the creation of a set of more than 26,000 housing units.
A few months before the deadline, the representatives of the agents and the management are finalizing the conditions of this merger.
According to the CGT, a harmonization agreement must be presented this Friday, September 30.
