Yesterday, the Iranian news agency Tasnim reported that he was killed and injured in a "work accident" at a factory in Perchin, near Tehran.
Apparently this is a military factory.
Iran confirmed the report a few hours after it was published.
This incident takes place a few days after the assassination of a senior Revolutionary Guards officer in the heart of Tehran, who according to a US publication Israel has confirmed that she is responsible for.
Last night, the New York Times reported that Israel had informed the United States that it was responsible for the assassination of Hassan Siad Khodai, a senior officer in the Iranian army, on Sunday this week.
Following the publication, officials in the defense establishment criticized the conduct of the Americans, saying that "such publication endangers Israel."
