Genesis of Rise Up.
Created in 2014, Rise Up was born from the desire of 2 brothers, Arnaud and Guillaume Blachon, to create a unique solution capable of broadening the horizon of in-company training.
It all starts with the creation, for organizations, of a digital campus without format limits.
In 2015/2016, MOOCs made a massive arrival on the French market with 100% digital training. This is where the two brothers made the bet of launching a solution based on the integration of face-to-face to digital, with the strong conviction that face-to-face is and will remain the basis of in-company training. This bias, against trends, made all the difference and today contributes to the strength of Rise Up. However, it will be necessary to wait until 2017 for customer feedback to lead the Blachon brothers to develop the latest version of the solution, the first Blended Learning platform. A new era for Rise Up, with 4 employees at its inception, Rise Up has grown to more than sixty employees today. Besides,the company experiences exponential growth of around 120% each year and is deployed in more than 60 countries.

Based in Paris, Lisbon, Luxembourg, Munich and London, Rise Up is a solution that allows companies to create in a few clicks, an online campus fully customizable according to their colors, and within which they will be in able to host, create and distribute multimodal training courses.
In the era of “everything online”, Blended Learning makes it possible to benefit from the contribution of digital to the entire training value chain.
Blended Learning offers the possibility of creating courses within which it is possible to mix traditional face-to-face training with synchronous or asynchronous digital training.
