2021-06-22T02:13:48.443Z

Rise Up is, today, one of the most advanced and complete solutions, which allows companies to easily design and manage their training. A clever mix of technologies and human know-how, the platform combines face-to-face training and E-learning.

Genesis of Rise Up.

Created in 2014, Rise Up was born from the desire of 2 brothers, Arnaud and Guillaume Blachon, to create a unique solution capable of broadening the horizon of in-company training.

It all starts with the creation, for organizations, of a digital campus without format limits.

In 2015/2016, MOOCs made a massive arrival on the French market with 100% digital training. This is where the two brothers made the bet of launching a solution based on the integration of face-to-face to digital, with the strong conviction that face-to-face is and will remain the basis of in-company training. This bias, against trends, made all the difference and today contributes to the strength of Rise Up. However, it will be necessary to wait until 2017 for customer feedback to lead the Blachon brothers to develop the latest version of the solution, the first Blended Learning platform. A new era for Rise Up, with 4 employees at its inception, Rise Up has grown to more than sixty employees today. Besides, the company experiences exponential growth of around 120% each year and is deployed in more than 60 countries.

Blended Learning: a winning bet.

Based in Paris, Lisbon, Luxembourg, Munich and London, Rise Up is a solution that allows companies to create in a few clicks, an online campus fully customizable according to their colors, and within which they will be in able to host, create and distribute multimodal training courses.

In the era of “everything online”, Blended Learning makes it possible to benefit from the contribution of digital to the entire training value chain.

Blended Learning offers the possibility of creating courses within which it is possible to mix traditional face-to-face training with synchronous or asynchronous digital training.

Rise Up: more than a tool, a service company above all

Aimed at all those involved in training, Rise Up is much more than a simple online platform and aims to be the ally of the administrator, the trainer and the learner. Indeed, Rise Up offers not only a technological tool, but also human support with dedicated teams who support you from the project stage to all future developments in your activity.

“Rise Up is not just the tool, but a solution that encompasses technological know-how and learning expertise that allows us to support our clients in the creation and development of training services. of tomorrow ”

, insists Guillaume Blachon.

Also, thanks to its authoring tool, Rise Up allows its clients to import and feed their training courses with own content or from its training catalog thanks to the support of various partners: XOS, GoodHabitz, Lyadis, Mandarin, Prevention Pole, ...

The idea is therefore, as its co-founder, Arnaud Blachon, emphasizes, “

to centralize in order to facilitate

 ”.

On the

one hand, the trainer has the tools necessary to digitize his training activity in a few clicks, while the administrator can launch training campaigns and analyze them in order to remain very agile in the development of employee skills and develop resilience in the face of constant changes in our societies.

On the other hand, the learner finds within a single academy all the training offer of the company, available anywhere and anytime thanks to a mobile application available even offline
