A fire at a vocational school in Waren an der Müritz caused damage of around 75,000 euros.
As a police spokesman said on Friday, the fire broke out on Thursday during lessons in the roof and facade area of the modern school building.
According to previous investigations, there is a suspicion that during repair work on the roof sparks got behind a panel and it started to burn there.
Goods - Several hundred students and the teachers had to leave the vocational school, nobody was seriously injured.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire until evening.
The criminal police have requested an expert to examine the scene of the fire more closely.
