The head of the National Defense Control Center in Russia, Mikhail Mezintsev, confirmed that the Nazis of the Kyiv forces were deploying their weapons near factories and chemical sites in Kharkov, Odessa and Nikolaev, deliberately causing disasters.
Russia Today quoted Mezintsev as saying: "Ukrainian Nazi groups are deliberately deploying their units and military equipment in chemical factories to create preconditions for the emergence of disasters that may suffer thousands of civilians in Nikolayev, Kharkov and Odessa."
We call on the international community, the United Nations, the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and other international organizations to influence Kyiv and take effective measures to prevent the use of dangerous chemical facilities for military purposes by the Ukrainian armed forces.
The authorities in the Donetsk People's Republic announced yesterday that the Ukrainian forces bombed the city of Gorlovka, which contains coal mines and the Sterol chemical plant.
