Russian Daniel Medvedev qualified today for the semi-final round of the Madrid Open tennis tournament.
Sky Sports reported that Medvedev rose to the price of the final of the tournament by beating Spaniard Alejandro Foccina in two sets to one, with a score of 4-6, 6-4, 6-2, in two hours and 13 minutes.
Medvedev faces Chilean Christian Karen in the next round.
