terrorism
".

Life imprisonment had been required, but the court decided "
to reduce his sentence to 25 years,
" said judge Beatrice Mukamurenzi, of the former manager of the Hôtel des Mille Collines on trial for his support for the Front. Liberation National (FLN), a rebel group accused of carrying out deadly attacks in Rwanda in 2018 and 2019.
