After a lot of rejections and rumors, this week Samsung announced its new smartphone - Galaxy S21 FE 5G, which is actually a fan edition for the company's flagship device.
The announcement itself took place together with the launch, which started today in stores under a price tag of NIS 2,500.
The S21 FE comes with a 6.4-inch screen in the company's high-quality Dynamic AMOLED 2X technology, with a resolution of 1080 by 2340 pixels, which is Full HD Plus and the image refresh rate is high - 120 Hz, so that the movement of the interface will be smooth.
The S21 FE comes with Google's latest operating system - Android 12, which is a very nice line.
It also includes Samsung's new interface - One UI 4. The device is waterproof to IP68 standard, it weighs 177 grams, so it is not particularly heavy, it has a fingerprint sensor under the screen, support for surfing 5G cellular networks and two SIM cards.
The processor here is the one from Samsung - Exynos 2100 with 8 GB of working memory and storage capacity of 128 GB.
The battery comes with a respectable capacity of 4500 mAh and there is also an option for wireless charging, a feature we are not used to finding in a device in this category.

The S21 FE has a photo array similar in design to the S21 model, a spring-shaped narrow rectangular structure that slides into the frame of the smartphone.
There are 3 sensors here: 12 megapixel for wide photography, 12 megapixel and 8 megapixel telephoto with dual optical zoom 3. Samsung noted that its portrait photography technology (images in which the background behind the object is blurred) here, provides more accurate depth thanks to artificial intelligence.
The result should be that the edges of the objects will be less blurred.
This is a phenomenon we often see in portrait photography, in which the software also blurs parts of the object, say its hair.
The selfie camera comes with a 32 megapixel sensor.
