Studied on December 1 by the Assembly as part of an accelerated procedure, it will arrive at the Senate on January 12.
Main measure, which gives rise to the most debate: the creation of a specific criminal offense of school bullying, punishable by 3 to 10 years' imprisonment and a fine of 45,000 to 150,000 euros, depending on the seriousness of the acts committed - which ranges from incapacity for work of less than eight days to suicide or attempted suicide of the victim.
