(CNN) -

A 2009 settlement agreement between sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and Virginia Roberts Giuffre, the woman who accused him of sexual abuse and trafficking for Prince Andrew, among others, was revealed Monday.

The document shows that Epstein paid Giuffre $ 500,000 to drop the case without admitting responsibility or fault.

The document was unveiled as part of Giuffre's separate lawsuit against Prince Andrew.

In the lawsuit, Giuffre maintains that Epstein trafficked her and forced her to have sex with his friends - including the prince - and that Andrés was aware that he was a minor (17 years old) in the United States.

Prince Andrew has denied the allegations.

Andres' attorneys argued in their motion to dismiss Giuffre's case against him in October that her lawsuit violates the terms of the settlement agreement with Epstein, where she accepted a "blanket waiver" of the claims against Epstein and others.

In the copy unveiled this Monday, Andrés' name does not appear explicitly as part of the agreement.

The agreement stipulates that it "exonerates, frees and forever exonerates" the parties and "any other person or entity that could have been included as a possible defendant," but does not explicitly name any other in the document seen by CNN.

Along with the settlement agreement, two other documents were presented, including a "Stipulation of Dismissal" or dismissal of the complaint, and a complaint from Epstein, both still sealed.

The settlement states that it is a "final resolution" of a disputed claim and that it is intended to avoid litigation, but "shall not be construed as an admission of responsibility or fault by either party."

The agreement states that it should not be used in civil or criminal proceedings against Epstein.

It was signed by Giuffre and Epstein on different dates in November 2009.

  • Who is Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's ex-partner convicted of sex trafficking

Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's confidant and ex-girlfriend, was arrested a year later and charged with facilitating Epstein's abuse scheme.

A jury convicted her last week on five federal charges, including child sex trafficking and conspiracy.

Giuffre is not one of the four women who testified at Maxwell's trial that they had been abused.
