The main and most curious events of the week from 20 to 26 November told with images
Violence against women dominates the week with the celebration of the International Day for its Elimination (THURSDAY) in which many monuments are illuminated in red as a sign of solidarity. A day preceded by a 'historic' sentence, the acquittal (WEDNESDAY) of Alex Pompa who killed his violent father to defend his mother. Christmas (TUESDAY): Bavaria for example canceled them, while in Frankfurt (in Hesse) they were confirmed. In Italy still No Pass in the square (SATURDAY) with moments of tension in Milan between demonstrators and police while in Rome there are signs that evoke the German SS. Christmas is approaching and as tradition comes thetree at the White House (MONDAY) welcomed by first lady Jill Biden.
