Spain's Pablo Carreno Busta won the Montreal Tennis Championships today.
Carreno, ranked 31st in the world, crowned the championship after defeating Poland's Hubert Hurkacz in the final, 3-6, 6-3, 6-3, with a time of one hour and 46 minutes.
It is noteworthy that Carreno Busta became the third Spaniard to win this tournament after Rafael Nadal, who won it five times in 2005, 2008, 2013, 2018, 2019 and Manuel Orantes in 1975.
