Aside from vaccinated and recovering tourists, the new outline applies to groups of tourists.

These are groups that will receive an exemption from isolation based on their conduct as a capsule.

Tourists in these groups must be vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the World Health Organization, and the group must operate in Israel as a capsule, without free time and with restrictions on walking around places where there is an increased risk of infection.
