A general meeting is scheduled for Monday at 10 a.m. to decide on the consequences of the movement, which occurs against a background of growing unease, between the departure plan and the proposed merger with the news channel CNews (Canal + group), controlled by Vincent Bolloré, the main shareholder of Lagardère.
