The Quai d'Orsay announces this Tuesday in a press release that France has repatriated to the national territory 35 French minor children but also 16 mothers.
“The minors have been handed over to the child welfare services and will be subject to medical monitoring.
The mothers have been handed over to the competent judicial authorities”, specifies the Ministry of Foreign Affairs “wishes to thank the local authorities of north-eastern Syria for the cooperation which made this operation possible”.
