Amman, SANA- The Syrian men’s football team lost to its Jordanian counterpart by two goals to nothing in the four-way tournament

Syria's men's football team lost to its Jordanian counterpart 2-0 in the friendly international quartet tournament that was held today at King Abdullah Stadium in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

The goals of the Jordanian national team, Ahmed Samir and Yazan Naimat, scored in the 25th and 44th minutes of the first half.

Our team will meet with the Iraqi team, which in turn lost against the Omani team on penalties next Monday, to determine the third and fourth places, while the Jordanian team will face its Omani counterpart to determine the first and second places.

The squad included Ahmed Madania, Omar Al Somah, Saad Ahmed, Amr Janiyat, Muhammad Rihaniya, Hussam Ayesh, Abdel Rahman Weis, Amr Midani, Thaer Karuma, Mahmoud Al-Mawas and Muhammad Al-Marmour.

In the second half, Hussein Jweed, Alaa Al-Dali, Ammar Ramadan, Bilal Halbouni and Kamel Hamisha participated.
