The 11-year-old Hallaq confidently tells SANA reporter her story with table tennis, saying that she grew up in a sports family that loves the game and practices it professionally.

Hallaq said: I started playing the game at the age of 5 years in the training center hall at Al-Basel Stadium under the supervision of my father, coach Ali Hallaq, and crowned the first place in the championship of training centers and won the gold of the Republic Championship for women in 2018, and the third place in the league championship and training centers at the level of the Republic in teams, and in 2019 it achieved fifth place in The Republic Championship for Al-Baraem and the third in the Republic Championship for Promising Women, where I competed with players three years older than me.

Hallaq indicated that she joined the national team in 2019 to participate in the training camp in Belarus, after which she won the second place in the tests of selecting the national team players in the promising category, and came after the player Hind Zaza, and in 2020 she won the gold of the Republic Championship in the category of buds and silver in the Republic Championship for women under 12 years old and first place Experiences of selecting national team players in the two categories of buds and promises.

The most beautiful moment for the player remains when, in her first foreign participation in 2020, she won the silver of the Hope for West Asia Championship, which took place in Saudi Arabia after the player Zaza, and in 2021 she won the gold of the Republic Championship for the buds and the prospects and the bronze of the Republic Championship in the cub category and qualified for the 16th round in the Republic Championships for women in Hama and the Cup The Republic in Damascus, and won the seventh place in the Republic Championship in the women’s category, and outperformed the players of the women’s national team, and won first place in the team’s experiences in the under 12 years category.

Hallaq revealed that she is conducting intensive and daily training in preparation for participating in the experiences of selecting the national team players in preparation for participating in international tournaments, which will determine the place and time at a later time under the supervision and follow-up of her father, as part of a well-studied plan in order to reach the desired goal and win more bright medals in the upcoming foreign sports tournaments and raise The flag of Syria in international forums.

In turn, her father, Ali Hallaq, who supervises her training, revealed that his daughter's love for table tennis was evident from her childhood when she accompanied him to the training hall. She translated her love into her strong commitment to strong training and was characterized by the speed of her assimilation of instructions and directions, which made her one of the distinguished players, as she possessed high skills and techniques that enabled her during a short record period. She won titles in many local and foreign tournaments, and her skills prompted the International Table Tennis Federation to record a video clip of her and publish it on its own website as one of the most prominent players in the West Asian Championship for the hope category.

Coach Hallaq pointed out that her player is a project of a continental and international champion, which means the need to provide external camps for her to secure the required contact with players from developed countries in the game such as China, Germany and Sweden to further develop her skills and techniques.
