Ben Haim played for the youth team of Maccabi Petah Tikva and was promoted to the club's alumni in July 2008. Four years later he was sold to Hapoel Tel Aviv and one season later in the red he crossed the road and moved to Maccabi Tel Aviv, which paid for him over a million euros.
Four years later Ben Haim went on to his next stop, signing for Czech side Sparta Prague who paid 2.9 million euros for him and made him one of the most valuable players in the history of the Czech league.
However, in his debut season in the Czech Republic he scored three goals and did not score in 21 appearances and in the following season he recorded only three appearances as a result of a serious injury that turned out to be a tear in the crossbar.
In the 2019/20 season he played for the Sparta Prague reserve team and in four appearances scored twice and cooked twice.
After being released by his contract, he returned to Maccabi Tel Aviv and in the last two years he scored eight goals and scored four in 74 appearances in all competitions, but this summer his contract ended and the Yellows chose to end the contract between the parties and pave his way back to Maccabi Petah Tikva.
Throughout his career, he has won two championships and two state cups with Maccabi Tel Aviv.
