The Asian Football Confederation announced the amendment of the dates of the AFC Champions League in its next edition.
The Continental Confederation stated in a statement on its official website that the matches will remain in the assembly system, with the competition starting next April and concluding in February of the year 2023.
The federation pointed out that these amendments came due to the complications of travel caused by the Corona virus and the circumstances related to the commitments of the teams before and after the upcoming World Cup in Qatar.
