Palestinian prisoner Louay Al-Ashqar defeated the Israeli occupation in the battle of will and empty intestines, and suspended his hunger strike.
Wafa news agency quoted the Palestinian Prisoners Club as saying in a statement today that the Ashqar prisoner suspended his 49-day strike after the occupation authorities complied with his demands and set a date for his release.
The two prisoners, Hisham Abu Hawash, who have been on strike for 104 days, and Nidal Ballout for 31 days, have continued their hunger strike to protest the continuous crimes of the occupation against the prisoners.
