The arrival of the second wave of infections and the possible postponement of the legislative elections leave it in the background in the large agenda shared by the national government and that of the City of Buenos Aires, but the debate over the
distribution of co-participation funds
continues latent and sneaks in, at least in an underhanded way, in each of the meetings held by officials from both administrations.
The
pending a decision of the Supreme Court
, which has

that pay credit cards.
