Hélène Caroux is a doctor in the history of architecture and in charge of heritage inventory at the cultural heritage department of the Seine-Saint-Denis departmental council.
She wrote "Reinventing the individual house in 1945: the experimental city of Noisy-le-Sec", published in 2013. A book that looks back on the history of this suburban district built just after the Second World War and today registered as Historic Monuments.
