Low chances that the group will be able to submit its budget for the current season to the budgetary control by tomorrow at 12:00 • The businessman and the police have so far not reached an understanding when he will receive the shares of the group • In any case, Abramov and Hogej will have to draw up a new agreement, and the police will have to approve it again

Low chances that Beitar Jerusalem will be able to submit its budget for the current season to the budgetary control by tomorrow at 12:00, due to major obstacles in the deal to sell the club to Barak Abramov. The Black and Yellows may ask for an extension of a few more days, but at this stage the entire deal is in doubt.

The main obstacle is facing the police.

Apart from the fact that Abramov is not willing to pay 5 million shekels from his own pocket to the confiscation fund, but to transfer the funds as an owner's loan to Beitar and also for a low amount of 4.150 million, and then the club will transfer the funds to the police, it turns out that there are several other disagreements.

Abramov and the police have so far not reached an understanding regarding when he will receive the shares, before or after the transfer of funds.

The representatives of the businessman and Beitar Jerusalem are conducting a marathon of talks with the representatives of the police, in order to try to reach an outline. But even if there is a breakthrough, which is currently not in sight and the parties may again end up in the High Court, it will be necessary to draw up a new agreement between Abramov and Moshe Hogge, And the police will have to approve it as well, and it is not clear if such a thing will happen, especially until the time of the deadline tomorrow.

The issue of the loan has not yet been resolved either.

Although there is a company that is now ready to give a loan of NIS 10 million, but it wants against a guarantee.

The guarantee should come, at least in part, from the Jerusalem municipality, against the group's allocations for the next three years in the amount of 4.8 million shekels, which is not the entire amount that must be completed for the guarantee, and in addition the municipality must also provide a signed document on the subject and there is no progress in this regard.

If Barak Abramov and the police fail to reach an understanding with the police, there are very high chances that the deal will not go through.

The official with the details said: "The police oppose many things and it is not clear where it is going. The main obstacle is time and we don't have time."
