The number of victims of forest fires that broke out in southern Turkey has risen to 4, while the fires forced the evacuation of residential communities and resorts, after burning a number of houses.
The Associated Press quoted Turkish regime officials as saying that "fire crews continue to deal with forest fires in 14 locations in six Turkish provinces on the Mediterranean and the southern Aegean."
The sources indicated that 50 people were taken to hospitals, dozens of houses were burned, and more than 25 neighborhoods or villages were evacuated.
And a previous toll indicated yesterday that three people were killed as a result of forest fires that broke out in Antalya, southwest Turkey.
