Within the State budget, the “Solidarity, integration and equal opportunities” mission will have 26 billion euros available in 2021 to fight poverty, reduce inequalities and protect vulnerable people.
Almost 80% of the credits are used to finance the activity bonus (PA) and the allowance for disabled adults (AAH).
The latter was revised on April 1, 2020, bringing the maximum amount of the allowance to 902 euros per month for a single person without children, an increase of 10% compared to 2018.

The 2021 finance bill also provides for a budget of 252.6 million euros to continue its strategy to fight poverty.
The objective is to reduce inequalities by attacking the root causes, in particular by combating dry exits from social assistance to children (ASE) or by strengthening the socio-professional integration of RSA recipients.

The recovery plan also provides for a mobilization in favor of associations fighting against poverty: 100 million euros will be devoted to supporting actions in the field carried out by partner associations of the State.
The calls for projects will be launched from
the end of the 2020 financial year in order to put in place the actions from the beginning of the 2021 year.
