Specifically, Salento offers abundant natural gifts, whose health benefits are mostly unknown, such as sand and small stones, salt, fruit plants and Mediterranean shrubs, which can flow into specific treatments for the body in the form of essential oils and natural compounds prepared manually. Top treatment is with salt and sand from Pescoluse with a relaxing and regenerating action, an aromatherapy mix of essential oils based on mastic, rosemary and mint - typical plants of the Mediterranean scrub of Salento - helps to recharge your energy and regain serenity and confidence .
