Le Présage, which already has three employees and an apprentice, is now awaiting authorization to create biogas from compost in order to compensate for the lack of solar energy on rainy or cloudy days. Pierre-André Aubert is also negotiating the buyout of the plot to install a permanent establishment that will always use local raw materials and energy sources available.
