The head of the office of the Presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mahmoud Vaezi, affirmed that the Vienna negotiations on the nuclear agreement had achieved "relative progress" despite the difficulties and were continuing to lift the embargo and fulfill the rights of the Iranian people.

In a tweet on Twitter today, Vaezi noted that the negotiations over the past weeks have shown that hopes can be made regarding their prospects, considering that the most important aspect during the current stage lies in preserving cohesion and national unity.

Yesterday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani announced that it had been agreed to lift almost all the embargo measures against Tehran, indicating at the same time that the Vienna negotiations were continuing to discuss some details.

It is noteworthy that the Austrian capital Vienna witnessed yesterday the conclusion of the meeting of the Joint Committee on the Nuclear Agreement. It was decided immediately to start expert consultations to formulate the text of the draft, and all parties renewed their determination to reach a conclusion in the shortest possible time.
