The survey targets 8,500 Hong Kong residents aged between 7 and 79, and the number of samples required for each age group in the survey is calculated according to the proportion of the Hong Kong population.
Participants can get a general understanding of their physical condition through the survey, and the activity fee is free.
The test takes about an hour. There are walk-in places on the day of the event.
Members of the public can register and sign up with a specific account and password in advance through the "Invited Participants Registration and Login" tab of the thematic webpage, and select a test period. The test takes about one hour. Seats are limited, first come first served.
Citizens who have completed the physical fitness survey will receive a commemorative gift pack and a physical fitness test report.

The LCSD reminds citizens participating in the test day to wear masks, have their body temperature checked and scan the QR code of the "Safe Travel" places.
