In France, heritage is most often synonymous with castles, cathedrals and museums.

But we also have more modest curiosities which sometimes make the identity of a region.

From megaliths to painted Romanesque chapels, including glass factories, organs and caves, we offer you bushy and unusual trips.

Special envoy to Moselle

On the borders of Moselle and Bas-Rhin stretch the Northern Vosges, a little corner of paradise known to hikers.

It was there, in the past, that glassmakers settled, attracted by the presence of silica, ferns, sand and wood, basic elements for the manufacture of glass.

Four centuries later, they left a legacy of exceptional factories, some of which are still active and allow this territory to shine brightly.

Three sites, Lalique, Saint-Louis and Meisenthal, "deserve a visit", as the Green Guide would specify, and form what the region calls the "constellation
