The Narcotics Control Branch in Homs Governorate managed to seize a large quantity, estimated at 129 kilograms, of narcotic substances in an abandoned house in one of the villages in the Al-Qusayr area.

And the Ministry of Interior stated in a statement, which SANA received a copy of today, that based on the information received by the Narcotics Control Branch in Homs about the presence of an amount of narcotic substances hidden by unknown persons in one of the abandoned houses in a village in the Qusayr district, and after continuous investigation and monitoring, the Narcotics Control Branch was able The seizure of a large amount of narcotic substances in the aforementioned house, where an amount of 80 kilograms of hashish was found in bags and a quantity of 49 kilograms of hashish was found distributed in the form of paws, estimated at 245 hands.

The Ministry indicated the confiscation of narcotic substances, explaining that investigations and research are still continuing to uncover all those involved in the case to take the necessary legal measures against them.
