The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called on the international community once again to assume its responsibilities towards the Palestinian people and work to end the Israeli occupation of their land in a way that guarantees the establishment of its independent state on the June 4, 1967 line, with Jerusalem as its capital.

In a statement on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, the ministry denounced the continued international silence towards the violations and crimes of the Israeli occupation in the Palestinian territories, stressing that it encourages the occupation to continue its open war against the Palestinian presence to implement its colonial plans, especially in the occupied city of Jerusalem.

The ministry said: “The State of Palestine reminds that the Palestinian people have been suffering for more than half a century due to the colonial occupation, and stresses the responsibilities of the international community to take immediate measures to deter Israel, the occupying power, and confront its violations and illegal policies, including its colonial and apartheid regime against this.” the people.”

The Foreign Ministry stressed the continuation of its efforts in cooperation with all friendly countries and supporters of the Palestinian people in the world to protect their inalienable rights in accordance with relevant international resolutions.
