Al-Hasakah-SANA
The branch of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization in Al-Hasakah, through the humanitarian support project, provided a batch of medical devices that included a number of patients, with the support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
The head of the organization's branch, Ali Mansour, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the distributions come within the framework of providing support and assistance to families who have individuals who suffer from chronic diseases and need self-monitoring work to relieve them of the trouble of visiting health centers and the accompanying financial burdens that burden their families.
Mansour pointed out that 100 families benefited from the distribution of medical devices as a down payment, which includes nebulizers with their masks, devices for measuring normal air pressure with a stethoscope, devices for measuring blood sugar with slides and air mattresses, in addition to wheelchairs, according to pre-defined medical standards.
