The Russian currency continues to record gains against its American and European counterparts, despite the Western sanctions imposed on Moscow, which affected various economic sectors.
Data for the Moscow Stock Exchange, reported by TASS, showed that the dollar traded below the level of 60 rubles today, for the first time since April 2018.
According to these data, the dollar exchange rate fell by 1.93 rubles to 59.91 rubles, while the euro fell by 2.36 rubles to 62.03 rubles.
