Among them, CUHK has 57 courses participating in the program, which is the most among all colleges, including the Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance, which is known as the "sacred subject".

Each secondary school can recommend 2 students with special talents and interests to participate in the project

The Education Bureau announced today that the "School Recommendation Direct Admission Program" will be implemented in the 2022/23 school year. The nomination period for the first program is from October 6th to December 8th this year. Students who intend to participate must be recommended by their secondary schools.

Each local secondary school can recommend two students with special talents and interests in a particular subject or field to participate in the project.

Each recommended student can apply for a participating designated UGC-funded bachelor's degree program.

A notice of "Direct Admission" will be issued to successful applicants before the DSE is released next year

Participating universities will arrange interviews for all recommended students, and in June 2022, before the announcement of the HKDSE results, they will issue "direct admission" notices to successful applicants.

CUHK has 57 courses participating in the program, which is the largest number of institutions.
