In statements to SANA's reporter, the farmer, Abdul Ghani Suleiman, while flirting with his flower during the picking process he started at five in the morning, pointed out that he felt more pleasure than anything while reaping his crop, which he waited for about nine months, which he spent with care and attention to, so that the flowering process continues again.

This was confirmed by Kholoud Suleiman, who works in picking roses, pointing out that she is keen to come to the field early and keep up with the harvest of the Damascene rose, because she was accustomed from her childhood to the harvest seasons and how to deal with them.

In another field, the farmer Mahmoud Sharafou explained that he used to take care of his land planted with roses on an area of ​​10 dunums, watering it, trimming its bushes and weeding them in order to obtain daily production of roses that contribute to improving his livelihood. Their customs are inherited in the village.

The farmer Ali Abu Ras did not notice our arrival because of his integration and his love for the rose, for him it is like a boy who needs care, follow-up and attention to give us what we aspire to from it, while Syed Abu Omar, while driving his pickup truck to transport his crop, expressed his happiness and passion for the rose, hoping that the crop will be abundant this season and that it will be completed. Provide adequate support to the rose to achieve the added value of it.

Head of the Agricultural Guidance Department in the Aleppo Agriculture Directorate, engineer Claizar Topal, indicated that the area of ​​​​the farmland in the Damascene Rose in this village ranges between 30 and 40 hectares, and a large area of ​​land was damaged due to terrorism and removed from production, but with the insistence and perseverance of the farmers to re-cultivate it with the small mind of roses, life returned This spot is green again.

Tobal affirmed the Directorate of Agriculture's keenness to provide support to all farmers of the Damascene Rose due to its strategic importance as a crop that the people depend on, as extension services are provided and help them with the mechanism and how to market them, noting that the daily production of roses is about 3 tons.
