The head of the Slovak Socialists Party, Artur Bekmatov, affirmed that the massacres and attacks perpetrated by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinians in Gaza and the Occupied Territories constitute a gross violation of international law and a crime against humanity.
In a position published by the Hlavni Sebrai website, Bekmatov called for an immediate end to these crimes, noting that the Palestinian people had been subjected to racial segregation for a long time by the Israeli entity.
Bekmatov called on the Slovak Foreign Ministry to fundamentally amend its policy towards the Palestinian issue and respect international law, calling for open discussion in the European Union on imposing an arms embargo on "Israel", stopping the import of illegal products from settlements and imposing sanctions on its officials.
