The weight of bank charges represents on average only 0.45% of the turnover of VSEs and SMEs, ie an amount less than 1,100 euros per year (1,700 euros in the event of overdraft costs).

While many companies encountered financial difficulties last year after the start of the pandemic, only 14.7% of them paid less than 240 euros in bank charges, and 16.7% saw their invoice exceed 1,800 euros.
