Tourists who plan to rest on the

coasts of Buenos Aires will

need to put together an instruction manual to move around the seashore.

There will be no beach soccer, recreational games for children and no gyms in the spas.

The tents of the spas will be limited to family groups

, the umbrellas must respect a distance of two meters, with limited space and all tourists must

wear face masks

while they are exposed to the summer sun.

The government of Axel Kicillof released on Tuesday the 13 protocols applicable to all actors of the tourism activity for the 2020-2021 season.

The diffusion was expected by mayors and operators and takes place a week before the official debut of the vacation period planned between December 1 and April 4, 2021 in the province of Buenos Aires.

There are thirteen instructions with health regulations for the prevention of COVID 19 that must be used by accommodation, beaches, spas, campsites, rural tourism, travel agencies, theme parks, wine tourism and other attractions.

Everything is planned in detail.

Full compliance with each of the guidelines would turn tourists into precision machines.

As explained by the Ministry of Production, Science and Technological Innovation (which is under its jurisdiction the Directorate of Tourism) "the general measures used by the protocols emphasize social distancing, frequent hand washing and the use of masks for carrying out of any type of tourist activity ”.

For hotels and accommodation, common spaces such as living room, multipurpose rooms or games will not be enabled.

The breakfasts and meals included in the rate must be provided in the room or in the "take away" mode, and may be consumed in the hotel's breakfast room or dining room, as long as the 30% capacity is met, social distancing and conditions of hygiene and disinfection.

As anticipated,

all common spaces must have natural ventilation.

The air conditioners will not be activated.

"In the case of spas, it will not be allowed to carry out group sports activities or any recreational activity in which the preventive distance of 2 meters between people cannot be guaranteed."

The "picados" in the sand, beach volleyball and other group entertainment practices are forbidden this season that begins in a week.

In addition to sunscreen, vacationers will need to bring a tape measure to the beach.

The minimum distance between umbrellas must comply with the two-meter spacing and the maximum capacity per umbrella and per tent will be determined by each municipality.

The pools may only operate outdoors and with a shift system that guarantees a capacity of 30%.

The municipalities will have to work against the clock to refine the regulations to the new provisions.

In public beaches - in addition to distance and mask - there will be periodic disinfection of public toilets, which must be guaranteed by municipal governments.

They will have to have adequate places for washing hands with soap and water

(liquid / foam soap dispenser, disposable towels or hand dryers) and 70% alcohol, located at a height no greater than 1.20 m to guarantee their reach by everybody.

The campsites will have permission to operate.

But enabled at 50% of its capacity.

Camping will be allowed in the middle of the plot.

In the case of tables, washing sinks and grills or stoves, they may be used respecting the minimum social distance of 2 meters between people who do not belong to the same cohabiting group.

The use of bathrooms and changing rooms will be determined by a shift system to avoid crowds.

The game spaces and sports fields will not be enabled.

"Municipalities must ensure that spas implement a system for the management of suspected cases of Covid-19," says the document prepared by the government.

The spa must isolate the suspect who has symptoms of coronavirus.

And the municipality will have to enable ambulances to act 24 hours a day.

And the sandpiper who is close to the possible infected person must have a surgical mask and stay two meters away until the health personnel arrive.
