After the arrest of 16 people - four of them pre-candidates for the presidency of Nicaragua - for alleged acts against sovereignty, the Judicial Power ordered the capture of Humberto Jose Belli Pereira and Gerardo José Baltodano on Thursday. They are two former directors of the Nicaraguan Foundation for Economic and Social Development, according to the Public Ministry.
