The Justice of San Isidro prohibited this Thursday the departure of the country of the seven health professionals, among them the neurosurgeon Leopoldo Luque (39) and the psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov (35), who next week will be investigated for the death of Diego Armando Maradona and face an indictment for "simple homicide with eventual intent."

According to judicial sources, the decision was adopted by the Judge of Guarantees 2 of San Isidro, Orlando Díaz, after the request made last week by the prosecutors in the case, and also involves the psychologist Carlos Ángel "Charly" Díaz (29) , the nurse Ricardo Omar Almirón (38), the nurse Dahiana Gisela Madrid (36), the coordinator of the nurses Mariano Perroni (40) and the doctor who coordinated the home hospitalization for the prepaid Swiss Medical, Nancy Forlini (52).

"All were jointly and jointly responsible," said the prosecutors in charge of investigating the death of the Argentine star.

Six months from now, the judicial case is about to enter a new chapter with the call for inquiries from the seven defendants starting next Monday.

On Wednesday of last week, prosecutors Laura Capra, Cosme Iribarren and Patricio Ferrari aggravated the qualification that until now was for

"wrongful death

.

"

Luque was the one who operated on Diego on November 3 at the Olivos Clinic, in Vicente López, for a subdural hematoma.

“They

infringed the duties that each one was in charge of

, at the same time that they also knew that their consorts did the same, placed or collaborated to place a host of notoriously crude factors and circumstances, increasing all those imputed here the risk outside the allowed margin and they led to the fatal outcome of the patient that, otherwise, it could have been avoided ", began the resolution to which

Luque's case is one of the most compromised, as the case described him as Maradona's “family doctor”.

He was the one who operated on Diego on November 3 at the Olivos Clinic, in Vicente López, for a subdural hematoma and one of those who signed the home hospitalization "despite not having the basic requirements to provide the treatment required for the victim."

Luque, according to the Justice, assumed together with Cosachov the role "of the treating medical team and those responsible for the health of the named" in front of Maradona's relatives.

For the prosecutors "having full knowledge of the cardiac pathology" of Maradona Cosachov "

did not adopt the appropriate precautions

at the time of making the due visits that the patient's chart required."

In that sense, they considered that he did not impose "limits" on the patient and did not ensure "the correct administration of the medication and psychotropics that he had indicated to Diego Armando Maradona."
