Cut the bun into cubes and soak them in the milk.
Peel and chop the onion.
Finely chop the parsley and fry it with the onion cubes for 3 minutes with the butter in a pan.
Put the minced meat with the seared onion and parsley in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and spice mix or other spices.
Squeeze the soaked bread roll (for example through a sieve) and add it to the minced meat mixture, just like the egg and mustard.
Knead everything together well.
Moisten your hands and form 8 meatballs from the minced meat.
Heat a large pan (about level 6/7 at 9 heat levels), add the rapeseed oil and fry the meatballs on both sides for 2 minutes each until crispy brown.
Then turn the meatballs over again, turn off the stove and let the meatballs steep again for 2-3 minutes.
Meatballs taste good alone with a sauce or a dip, classically of course with mustard or ketchup.
Or you can still cook boiled potatoes or add a delicious salad.
