Semolina porridge, the creamy dessert from childhood.
The porridge is a filling meal, but not exactly figure-friendly.

300 ml milk or kefir

What are psyllium husks?
Flea seed shells are obtained from special types of plantain and mostly come from India.

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly and let the mixture stand for a few minutes.
It takes a while for the psyllium husks to thicken the milk.
If it is still too runny after ten minutes, add a teaspoon of psyllium husk.
Garnish the false semolina porridge with fruit, nut butter or cinnamon and a sugar alternative.
